Tools manufactured in fully-hardened steel are, in most cases, manufactured by one of our trusted subcontractors. We cooperate with a minimum of 5 Danish tool manufacturers, each of whom has their own area of specialisation within the field of injection-moulding tools for plastics.
Our know-how and many years of experience in the construction of tools enable us to obtain the best solutions for our customers.
Increasingly, surface coatings are being used on tool components. A surface coating on core parts, matrix parts or mechanical parts, prone to wear and tear, extends the lifetime of the part and, at the same time, makes periodic cleaning much easier.
