Development, prototypes and low volume production

Prototypes, 0-series or low volume productions are manufactured easily and quickly, using our basic form system. Production runs of up to 20,000 parts can be delivered easily from a prototype tool, depending on the type of plastic material used.

Regardless of the size of the task, it is always people that make the difference. All solutions are created by a motivated team of employees. Here, close, direct dialogue between us and the customer ensures a good result.

More often than not, we are involved in the customer’s development phase.

We can offer advice on a variety of issues such as manufacturing method, tool construction, materials and functionality. If construction work is required, we can offer that service also. We use Unigraphics and Solid Works for construction purposes.
